Are rpg games a game, where you take turns to hit enemies like final fantasy?

Theres this game called demons soul's but it said it was a rpg game, and i dont want it if we have to take turns to hit, I want it to be more like hand controlled action and dodgeing like kingdom hearts.|||In RPG games, the character could be faster than monsters or enemies, so you don't have to take turns.
